They are mainly written for children under 15. Please handle them with care because all of them are very valuable materials about children&#8217;s culture.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<h2>How to use<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Please apply at least one day before <!-- the day when  -->you would like to use the materials.<br \/>\nIn case that you apply after 4:30pm or on holidays, you may have to wait for a little while on the next day. We open archives at 9:15am.<br \/>\n<a href=\"\/site\/central\/date.html\">Library calender<\/a>*<\/li>\n<li>You can read the materials in the reading room on the day you designated.<\/li>\n<li>Children <!-- under 13  -->younger than junior high school student must be accompanied by a guardian.<\/li>\n<li>Bring your ID or valid library card.<\/li>\n<li>Fill in a request form for semi-specified materials.<\/li>\n<li>We may not be able to accept your request if other users have requested the same materials on the same day.<\/li>\n<li>We do not limit the number of materials. Click &#8220;Add to Reservation Cart&#8221; on the material detail page. You need your user card number and password.
