However, you may not take them out of the facility.<\/li>\n<li>With children younger than junior high school students, an adult&#8217;s attendance is required.<\/li>\n<li>Please ask the attendant if you want to use materials in the archives.<\/li>\n<li>You may need to make a reservation for certain materials, manga, and magazines of manga.<\/li>\n<li>For more information, please take a look at <a href=\"\/site\/jibunkan\/kensaku-en.html\">&#8220;Material search and reservation&#8221; <\/a>page.<\/li>\n<li>Please see <a href=\"\/site\/jibunkan\/onkyo.html\">&#8220;How to use audio materials&#8221;<\/a>* page to use audio materials such as CDs, records and cassette tapes.<\/li>\n<li>Archive hours: 9:15am &#8211; 4:30pm<\/li>\n<li>You may not bring baggage into the facility except for valuables and writing utensils.<br \/>\nPlease put your baggage in the locker before you enter the facility. Lockers are available in the Center for International Children&#8217;s Literature and at the entrance of the Central Library.<br \/>\nTransparent plastic bags are available at the front desk.<\/li>\n<li>Materials can be used by groups.<br \/>\nFor more information please see <a href=\"\/site\/jibunkan\/group.html\">&#8220;How to use materials in the Center for International Children&#8217;s Literature as a group&#8221;<\/a>* page.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>* Please cooperate in preserving materials by complying the above regulations.<\/p>\n<h2>How to copy materials<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Copying of materials is permitted within a certain range under Article 31 of the Copyright Act.<\/li>\n<li>In order to protect the copyright and to preserve materials, the attendants will copy materials. You may not copy materials by yourself.<\/li>\n<li>For more information, please see <a href=\"\/site\/jibunkan\/fukusha-en.html\">&#8220;How to request copying&#8221;<\/a> page.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Closed Circuit TV<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>The\u00a0reading room is equipped with a CCTV. Please feel free to use it to magnify materials.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Online Public Access Catalog in the facility<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>There are 2 OPAC machines with which you can search the Center for International Children&#8217;s Literature and Osaka Prefectural Central Library.<\/li>\n<li>In addition, there is a machine with which you can browse about 1,300,000 materials digitized by the National Diet Library. <!-- It will be available on January 21 2014.<\/li>\n\n\n--><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Wireless LAN<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>You may connect your own PC to the internet. The password is issued at the desk on the 2nd floor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>How to find materials<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>You can find materials by using an OPAC machine or consulting the book catalogs<!-- taking a look at catalog books -->.<\/li>\n<li>To find foreign books with non alphabetical titles, please refer to the list of foreign books at the end of the reading room.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Reference service<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>If you have problems with your research, please feel free to talk to the attendant at the desk.<\/li>\n<li>We also accept your request and inquiry by telephone, FAX,\u00a0 letters and on the internet <a href=\"\/portal\/help_eref.html\">e-reference<\/a>*.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Parking information<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>There are 83 parking spaces on the east side of the library (including one for wheelchair users).<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: initial;\">Free for less than 15 minutes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Over 15 minutes : 100 yen for 60 minutes (Tuesday &#8211; Friday)<br \/>\n150 yen for 60 minutes (Saturday, Sunday, National holidays and other holidays).<\/li>\n<li>Parking is free for the handicapped.
